My vehicle has been down for over a year because every locksmith I got to come out was too incompetent to be able to assist me he however with LockGenie I called and he was here in half an hour and hooked right up to my car scanned it and went right to work on making a new key. He was fast, hard working, and very knowledgeable he explained the things he was doing as he was doing them and in the end the vehicle I thought I would have to scrap has became a function vehicle again. I’m very happy with the work he performed and am very excited to deal with his company in the future. I recommend him to anyone searching for a locksmith that won’t gouge you for money and will try his hardest to help you. ~ Zachary x

This Man Was Truly a Huge Blessing. My key Thob hit the Ground and Broke. I Have a Liberty Jeep 2002, and without the Thob I can't turn off the alarm. It was Late a little after 9pm. I Called every where to see if anyone had the Key Thob I Needed. No one had it everybody said the same thing that "They would Have to order it". I called Mr.Sean (Lock Genie) and he said he didn't have the exact one but he had a different one that would still work for my Truck but would look different. He Told me where to meet him he came quick and fixed my Truck in less than 20 minutes. He was very Sweet, Kind, and Patient. I was and is still so Grateful. Thank You So Much. John saved me this evening with getting my key for my 2001 Buick LeSabre replaced. I had snapped the original key in half while I was working and didn’t know what to do. Very easy to contact, very responsive, transparent with cost and limitations on service for older key fobs. Very convenient, came to me at work and just made the transactions and getting the work done very easy. Would definitely recommend. The other place I made an appointment with failed epically wasting my time,… they were out back smoking while i waited for my appointment more than 15 min, possibly longer but idk because i left and called LockGenie for best service experience. ~ Sandra B

Could not be happier with my experience. Wanted to get all the locks on our house changed for security purposes. They came to the house and did an inspection of all the locks and hardware and gave me a quote based on what they found. They then completed the work professionally and in a very timely manner while maintaining very good communication throughout the process. INCREDIBLY FAST & EFFICIENT! 1 o'clock in the morning & I locked my keys, cell phone, laptop, EVERYTHING in my office! John the owner came out and helped in some bad weather, It was raining and he helped me and my wife with our BMW 525i 2006*(that we thought was a 2007). we had locked our keys in the trunk and literally called every locksmith an as soon as we said BMW it was we don’t work on those cars, But made one final call to Lock Genie an enough said problem solved an offered additional help towards the future. It was late in the night and cold. The individual locksmith came out and was very professional very kind very considerate very patient very thoughtful and had a wealth of knowledge. Called and it wasn’t an emergency but he still got me into todays booking. Polite and courteous and kept me informed of his expected arrival as the day went by. I responded to Facebook marketplace posting. And I am so glad I did. Service was great and very reasonably priced. He came directly to our house, very timely and get it done real quick. And now I have a smart fob once again 😉 i definitely recommend. I know who I am calling in the future if I need a key again. ~ hprudilka

Called a few other places, which were overpriced compared to LockGenie, others said they couldn’t make it until morning, LockGenie came out at 11pm and got me a replacement key to my truck in no time. Upon my wife losing the keys to our car we searched for days and still weren't able to find them. Had two keys made, one of witch is a folding key which is awesome considering I was concerned that I would give myself a piercing with the stock key for my 4 runner. Both keys work beautifully he was a professional and did the work in a timely manner. If you need a key for your vehicle I highly recommend using lock genie. ~ Dirk P
